Softy Chappathi / Roti

Dear Friends, We often see the roti becomes very hard after it gets cooled. Today I'm going to share about how to make Soft Roti / Chappathi. Try out and let me know feedback. :)


Type - South Indian
Preparation Time - 10 mins
Cooking Time - 10 Mins
Serves - 4 persons
Served with - Panneer Gravy / Panneer Butter Masala / Mushroom Gravy / Tomato Kuruma / Tomato Chilli Kothsu / Egg Gravy / Chicken Curry / Mutton Curry

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour – 2 cups
Water – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 3 tblspn

Method:
Take wheat flour, Add some water and salt in a bowl.
Knead the dough nicely until the water mixed into flour
Now add oil and keep kneading the dough until it spreads into complete dough.
Take a ball from the dough and dust it with flour and roll it into chapati.
Put in tawa and cook for 10 sec, Then flip to other side and cook for some more time.
Flip the cooked side and Add little oil and press the chappati. Repeat the same on other side.
Serve and enjoy. :)
