Ingredients:
Chicken – 1/4 kg
Oil – 3 spoon
Onion – 2
Tomato - 1
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Ginger Paste - 1 spoon
Red chilli - 4
Turmeric Powder (Manjal thool) – 1 tsp
Curry masala - 1 spoon
Salt to taste
Water - as required
Coriander Leaves / Cilantro for garnishing
Method:
Take a pressure cooker and add in the Chicken, 1/2 spoon Ginger, 1/2 spoon Garlic Paste, Red chilli, Turmeric powder, Salt and water.
Cook for 3 whistles and keep aside.
Heat oil in a Pan, Add onion and fry until it is golden brown. Then add 1/2 spoon Ginger and 1/2 spoon garlic paste to it.
Add the tomato and curry leaves to it and fry until it gets cooked.
Add the curry masala, Cooked chicken with water. Sim for 10 mins.
Add some coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve with sambar or rasam or curd rice. :)
