Ingredients:
Oil – 4 spoon
Mutton (Lamb) – 1/2 kg
Onion – 2
Tomatoes – 2
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 spoon
Green Chilli – 3
Garam Masala Powder – 2 spoon
Coriander Powder – 2 spoon
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 spoon
Salt - As required
Grated Coconut – 3/4 cup
Coriander Leaves - As required
Method:
Take a pressure cooker and add oil, onions and fry till golden.
Add the ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and green chillies and fry until tomatos fried.
Add the spice powders, Salt and Mix well.
Add the mutton and mix with masala.
Keep frying the masala until the mutton pieces mixed nicely and finally add a cup of water.
Now close with lid and keep in sim for 15 mins
.
In a pan fry the coconut till it is golden brown.
Now grind the coconut with water and add into the mutton and cook for 10 to 15 mins till oil separates on top.
Finally add in coriander leaves in the curry.
Serve and enjoy.
