Mutton Fat Egg Fry (Suthu Koluppu Mutta Poriyal)


Ingredients:
Mutton Fat Fry - 1/2 cup
Egg - 1
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1/2
Green chilies - 3
Oil - As required
Salt  - As required
Curry Leaves - 10 leaves

Method:
First Clean the mutton Fat and In a cooker Add salt, Fat and boil well.
Drain the water and set aside.


In a Pan, Add Oil, Curry Leaves, Green Chillies, Tomato, Onion and fry well.



Add the Fat and fry.

Add the egg and fry well.





Serve and enjoy. :)
