Elai Chicken Parotta

Served with - Non-Veg Gravies / Veg Gravies

Ingredients:
Leaf - 1
Paratha (Parotta) – 3 (check recipe here)
Chicken Salna - 2 cups (check recipe here)

Method:
First, In order to avoid leaf tearing, Show in heat.
So, Switch on the stove, Show the leaf in heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now, Keep a parotta on top of it.
Add a laddle of Chicken Salna.
Add, One more parotta on top of it.
Now add one more laddle of Chicken Salna.
Now, fold and tie the banana leaf.
In a Pan, Add water, Keep the banana leaf parotta and cover and steam cook for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy with Non-Veg Gravies / Veg Gravies.
