Ingredients:
Dairy Milk (Raw) - 1/2 litre
Vinegar - 5 spoons
Method:
For this recipe, We need to use raw milk and not a boiled one.
In a milk pan, Add raw milk, luke warm it. (Touch the milk and check)
Once it is luke warm, Switch off the stove.
Add Vinegar and keep stirring for 2 to 5 mins.
Now strain the milk and squeeze water.
Squeeze the leftover water.
Now, Dip in warm water, Knead the cheese very well for 5 min.
Dip it in chill water again knead the cheese for 2 more min.
Wrap the cheese with plastic cover and put in fridge and can be used within 3 - 4 days.
