Home made Pizza Sauce

Preparation Time - 10 mins
Cooking Time - 15 Mins
Serves - 2 Cups

Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 6
Red Chilli - 5
Onion - 1/2
Oil - 2 spoons
Pepper - 1/4 spoon
Oregano - 1/2 spoon
Sugar - 1/2 spoon
Salt - 1/4 spoon
Garlic  - 5
Tomato sauce - 1/2 spoon

Method:
Firstly, Cut the bottom of tomatoes as shown in picture.
In a pan, Add water and tomatoes, Onion and red chilli.
Close the vessel and boil for 5 mins until the tomatoes boiled completely.
Once cooled down, Peel the tomatoes skin.
Move the peeled tomatoes, Onion and red chilli to blender and blend to smooth puree.
In a pan, Add Oil, Garlic and saute until it turns to golden brown.
Add tomato sauce into sauce.
Now, Add Sugar, Pepper, Oregano and salt.
Mix well and get the sauce to a boil.
Cover and sim cook until the sauce turns thick.
Finally, Mix well the sauce and cool it down.
Move it Jar and freeze and use for 3 to 5 days.
