Ingredients:
Sago (Sabudana) - 1/2 cup
Potato - 1
Peanuts - 1/2 cup
Ginger - 1/2 spoon
Cumin seeds - 1 spoon
Chilli - 2
Curry leaves - 10
Coriander Leaves - 2 spoons
Salt - 1/2 spoon
Red Chilli powder - 1/4 spoon
Oil - As required
Method:
Firstly, In a cooker, Add water and sago and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
Boil the potato and peel the skin.
In a pan, Add and Fry the peanuts.
Move the peanuts to blender and grind well.
In a bowl, Add chopped ginger, Cumin seeds, Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves and Curry Leaves.
Add boiled Sago, Boiled potato, Grinded Peanuts into it.
Add Salt, Red chilli powder and mix well.
Mix and mash well with your hand.
Rub oil in hands and shape like vada.
In a pan, Add Oil, Deep fry on both sides.
Drain the oil.
Serve and Enjoy with Tomato Sauce (Recipe) / Tomato Chutney / Coconut Chutney / Dhall Chutney. :)
