Malai Kofta

Preparation Time - 15 mins
Cooking Time - 40 Mins
Serves - 4 persons
Served with - Chappathi Recipes / Roti Recipes / Poori Recipes 

Ingredients:
For Kofta Balls:
Potato - 2
Paneer - 1 cup
Cashew - 5
Oil - As required

For Masala:
Butter - 2 spoons
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 spoon
Cardamom (Elaichi) - 1
Clove (Kirambu) - 1
Pepper (Milagu) - 15
Cinnamon (Pattai) - 1 inch
Onion - 1
Ginger paste - 1/2 spoon
Garlic paste - 1/2 spoon
Green Chilli - 2
Tomato - 2
Cashews - 10
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
Coriander powder - 3/4 spoon
Salt - As required
Water - 1 cup

For Malai Kofta: 
Kasuri methi - 1 spoon
Sugar - 1/4 spoon
Salt - 1 pinch
Coriander leaves - 2 spoons

Method:
First, In a pan, Add 1 spoon of butter and Cumin Seeds.
Add Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove, Pepper and fry.
Add Onion, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Green Chilli's and Tomatoes and fry well until onion and tomato boiled.
Add Cashews, kashmiri Red Chilli, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder and mix well.
Move to blender and grind well.
Boil the potatoes and peel the skin.
Move the peeled potatoes to plate and crushed cashews.
Shred the panneer with potatoes with coriander leaves and mix well.
Form the potato and panneer mix as balls.
In a pan, Add 1 spoon of Butter and add the grinded content.
Add water and mix well.
Add crushed Kasthuri methi, Sugar and Salt and mix well.
Boil for 15 mins.
In a pan, Add Oil and fry the balls as golden brown.
finally, Add the kofta balls into curry.
Add Coriander leaves on top of curry.
Malai kofta is ready to enjoy.
