Chicken Cheese Fingers and Balls

Serves for - 4 - 6 Pieces
Served with - Tomato Sauce (Recipe) / Tomato Chutney

Ingredients:
Chicken (Without bones) - 100 gms / 2 cups
Ginger Paste - 1 spoon
Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Curry masala Powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt - as required
Corn Flour - 1 spoon
Cheese - 2 cubes
Italian Seasoning Powder (Optional) - 1 spoon
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Egg (Optional) - 1
Maida - 1 cup

Method:
In a blender, Add the chicken.
Add Ginger Paste.
Add Garlic Paste.
Add Salt.
Add Red Chilli Powder.
Add Curry masala powder.
Put into blender and blend well.
Add corn flour and mix well.
Shred the cheese on the mix.
Add Italian Seasoning Powder and mix well.
In each bowl, Add Maida, Add Bread crumbs and keep aside.
In a bowl, Add egg and mix well.
Now, Form the chicken mix like Finger shape or balls.
Dip the Chicken finger in Maida, Egg and Bread crumb finally.
In a pan, Add oil and fry the balls well until it turns golden colour.
Drain the oil.
Serve and Enjoy with Tomato Sauce (Recipe) / Tomato Chutney. :)
