Egg Puffs (using Air Fryer)

Preparation Time - 15 mins

Cooking Time - 20 Mins

Serves - 4 to 5 Pieces

Served with - Tomato Ketchup (Recipe)

Ingredients:

Puff Pastry - 6 Pieces (Check out here for HomeMade Puff Pastry)

Boiled eggs - 2 

Gravy - 1 cup

Onion (Sliced) - 2 cups

Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup

Salt - As required

Oil - 2 spoon


Method:

First, Pre heat the Air Fryer / OTG Oven for 10 mins with 180 degrees.

In a pan, Add oil and fry well until it becomes golden brown.

Add the Gravy and stir well until the content becomes dry.

Finally add the chopped coriander and stir well. 

Now, take a Puff Pastry sheet and place the Onion stuffing at the center.

Place a half egg on top and Seal edges with water at the edge of pastry as shown.

Now put down in Air fryer / Oven, Bake for 10 mins with 180 degrees.   

Serve and Enjoy with Tomato Ketchup (Recipe). :)
