Ingredients:
Mutton Liver - 250 gms
Tomato (Chopped) - 2
Onion (Chopped) - 2
Red Chilli - 10 pieces
Corainder Powder - 1 spoon
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Pepper Powder - 1/4 spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Curry Leaves - 15
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup
Fennel Seeds (Saunf / Sombu) - 1 spoon
Cumin Seeds (Jeerakam) - 1 spoon
Cardamom (Yelakkai) - 1
Cinnamon (Pattai) - 1/4 inch
Pandan Leaf (Birinji Elai) - 1
Salt - As required
Gingelly Oil - 2 spoons
Method:
First In a Blender, Add Fennel & Cumin seeds, grind well and move to a bowl.
In a Kadai, Add oil, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Pandan Leaf and stir well.
Add Curry leaves, Red chilli and stir well
Now, Add Onion and stir well until it becomes golden color.
Add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir well.
Add Turmeric powder and stir well.
Add Salt and stir well.
Add Mutton Liver and stir well.
Add 1/2 tumbler of Water, Cover and cook for 5 mins until the water is drained.
Now, Transfer the content to plate.
In Kadai, Add oil, Curry leaves, Red Chilli, Onion and stir well.
Add Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and stir well.
Add Tomato and stir well.
Now Add the semi cooked mutton liver fry and stir well.
Add Fennel & Cumin seeds mixed content and stir well.
Add Pepper Powder and stir well.
Cover and cook for 10 mins until the mutton liver fully boiled.
Finally, Add Chopped Coriander leaves and stir well.
Serve and Enjoy with Chappathi Recipes / Roti Recipes / Poori Recipes / Idli / Dosa Recipes. :)
