Tomato Ketchup - Home made

Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 4
Small Onion (Shallots) - 1
Garlic - 1 pod
Cinnamon - 1/4
Cloves - 1
Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - As required
Vinegar - 1 spoon
Sugar - 1/2 spoon

Method:
First, In a pan, Add Cutted tomatoes, Onion, Clove, Cinnamon and Garlic.
Add little water and cover and cook until the tomatoes are boiled well.
After boiled, Peel the skin out of it.
Move the boiled mix into blender and grind smoothly.
After grinded, Filer the grinded mix and keep aside.
In a pan, Add the mix and let it come to a boil.
Now, Add vinegar, Sugar, Chili powder, Salt and cook until the sauce is thickened.
Turn of the heat and let it cool.
Once it is cooled store it in an air tight container and Put in the refrigerator, Which can be used for 2 weeks.
Serve with Panneer Fried Rice Chicken Keema Sandwich Cheesy Veg Corn Sandwich Keerai Bonda Veg Puffs and enjoy. :)
