Ingredients:
Capsicum - 1
Carrot - 1
Tomato - 1
Onion - 1
Corn - 1/4 cup
Salt - As required
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Cheese - 1 cube
Italian Seasoning Grinder - As required
Tomato Sauce - 2 spoons
Butter - 2 spoons
Method:
First Cut the Capsicum, Carrot, Tomato and Onion into small pieces.
In a Pan, Add the cutted Vegetables, Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Corn and stir well.
Add Tomato Sauce and Italian Seasoning Powder and Stir well.
Take the bread and spread with butter.
Fill the vegetables
Shred the cheese and spread over the vegetables.
Close with another bread.
Now, 2 ways this can be cooked.
Method 1, Place a tawa and sim cook with a lid covered for 3 mins.
Method 2, Preheat the oven with 180C, Bake it for 5 mins.
Ensure the cheese gets melted and bread gets toasted.
Serve and Enjoy with Tomato Sauce / Mayonnaise / Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney . :)
