Ingredients:
Urad Dhall - 2 spoons
Shallots - 15
Tomato - 2
Coconut - 1/4 Cup
Red Chilli - 3
Curry Leaves - 10 leaves
Ginger - 1/4 inch
Oil - as required
Tamarind - 1/2 lemon size
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt - as required
Method:
Add the oil to Kadai and fry the Urad Dhall, Turmeric Powder, Shallots, Tamarind, Ginger and Red Chilli.
Add Tomato, Coconut pieces and fry.
Add Salt as required.
Add to blender and grind well.
In a pan, Add the mustard, Urad Dhall, Red Chilli and curry leaves and fry well.
Finally Add the fried mustard into Chutney.
