Curry Leaf Dosa


Served with - Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney / Dhall Chutney / Brinjal Chutney

Ingredients:
Dosa Batter - 2 Cups
Curry leaves – 1/2 cup
Shallots - 10
Green Chilli – 2
Cumin Seeds (Jeerakam) - 1 spoon
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Pepper - 5
Curry leaves – 10 leaves
Salt - As required
Oil - 2 spoon

Method:

In a Blender, Add Curry leaves, Green Chilli, Cumin Seeds, Ginger, Pepper and 1 cup of Dosa Batter and grind well.


Move the mixture into a vessel add one more cup of Batter and make into a fine puree.

Add the Shallots into batter and mix well.


Now in a hot tawa and pour the batter.

Sprinkle oil around the sides and cook on both sides.



Serve and Enjoy. :)
