Serves - 5 persons
Ingredients:Wheat flour (Godumai) - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Water - 1.5 cup
Cashews (Mundhiri) - 10
Cardamom powder (Elakkai) - 1 spoon
Almond (Badam) - 3
Method:First in a pan, Add ghee, Cashews and roast until golden and keep cashews aside.
Now add wheat flour to the ghee and roast for 10 mins until raw smell is gone.
Now, Add Sugar and water, Keep mixing until ghee comes out.
Finally, Add cardamom powder, Roasted cashews and 2 spoons of ghee and mix well.
Turn off the heat and keep aside for 5 mins until it cools down.
Shred the Almond and sprinkle on top.
Serve with family and enjoy. :)
