Serves for - 6 Pieces
Served with - Tomato Sauce (Recipe) / Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
Milk – 1 cup
Dry Yeast – 1/2 Spoon
Sugar – 1/4 spoon
All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 1.5 cups
Topping Ingredients:Garlic - 4
Italian Seasoning Powder - 2 spoons
Shredded Cheese - 2 spoons
Coriander Leaves - 2 spoons
Method:First, In a bowl, Add Milk, Sugar, Dry Yeast and mix well and cover it for 10 mins.
Now Sieve and Add All purpose flour and form as dough.
Cover and set aside for 1 hour, Till the dough is doubled in size.
After 1 hour, Take out and knead it again, Dust with flour and Roll it as shown in picture.
Now, Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a baking tray and Dust with All purpose flour.
Place the dough in the tray.
Top it with Garlic, Italian Seasoning Powder and Shredded Cheese.
Bake it in the oven at 180 for 20 mins.
Now it's ready and cut into slices.
Finally decorate with Coriander leaves.
Serve and enjoy with Tomato Sauce (Recipe). :)
