Paneer Fried Rice


Ingredients:
Basmati Rice (soak for 20 minutes) - 1 Cup
Paneer - 200g
Chilli Powder - 1/4 spoon
Pepper - 1/4 spoon
Salt - 1/4 spoon
Oil - 1/2 spoon
Garlic - 1/4 spoon
Ginger - 1/4 spoon
Onion - 1
Carrot - 1
Beans - 3
Soy Sauce - 1/4 spoon
Tomato Sauce - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As required

Method:
In a Bowl, Add Basmati rice and water. Soak for 20 minutes and cook in pressure cooker, 1 spoon, Oil with water and salt.


Now in a bowl, Add paneer with chili powder, Pepper, salt.



In a pan, Add oil and fry this panneer until golden on all the sides and keep aside.





Heat oil and add Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Carrot, Beans and cook until the veggies are cooked for 3 minutes.






Now add cooked rice and mix everything without breaking rice.


Now add, Soy sauce, Tomato Sauce, salt and mix it again.


Finally add the fried Paneer, Pepper, Salt and mix well.



Serve and Enjoy with Tomato Sauce / Mayonnaise / Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney . :)
