Ingredients:
Steaming:
3 Eggs
Salt - 1/4 spoon
Pepper - 1/4 spoon
Coating:
All purpose flour (Maida) - 1/4 cup
Corn flour (Sola Maavu) - 1/4 cup
Chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Manchurian:
Oil - 2 spoon
Ginger - 1/2 spoon
Garlic - 1/2 spoon
Onion - 1
Green Capsicum - 1
Red Capsicum - 1
Tomato sauce - 1 spoon
Soy sauce - 1 spoon
Pepper powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As required
Corn flour - 1 spoon
Water - 1/4 cup
Method:
In a bowl, Add Eggs, Salt, Pepper and stir well.
Now, In a Cooker, Keep the Egg bowl and boil well.
In a bowl, Add All purpose Flour, Corn Flour, Chilli Powder and mix as batter.
Coat the eggs in the batter and fry them in oil and keep aside.
Now In a pan, Add oil, Ginger, Garlic, Onions and Capsicums.
Add the sauces, Pepper, Salt, Corn flour mixture and mix well.
Add the fried eggs and fry for 2 more minutes
Serve and Enjoy with Tomato Sauce / Mayonnaise / Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney . :)
