Kadai Panneer Capsicum Masala


Ingredients:
Paneer - 150g

For Masala Powder:
Red Chilies - 3
Coriander seeds - 1 spoon
Pepper - 1 spoon
Cumin seeds - 1 spoon
Fennel seeds - 1 spoon

For Gravy:
Oil - spoon
Onions - 1
Tomatoes - 2
Ginger Paste - 1 spoon
Garlic Paste - 1 spoon

For Masala:
Elaichi - 1
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch stick
Onion - 1
Capsicum (Red & Green) - 1/2 each
Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
Chilli powder - 1/4 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1 spoon
Salt - As required

Method:



In a pan, Add the Masala Species and grind to a coarse powder and keep aside.


Heat oil and Add onions, Ginger garlic pastes, tomatoes and Grind as a puree.










Heat oil and add Elaichi, Cinnamon, Cubed onion and Capsicum and mix well.


Now Add the Chilli powder, Coriander powder, Garam Masala powder and salt.

Add the Tomato Puree, Masala powder and Water. Close and cook for 10 mins.




Now add the cubed paneer and cook for 5 more minutes.
