Chicken Keema Sandwich


Ingredients:
Salt - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric powder (Manjal thool) – 1/2 spoon
Italian Seasoning Powder - 1/2 spoon
Minced Chicken - 1/4 kg
Capsicum - 1
Carrot - 1
Tomato - 1
Onion - 1
Corn - 1/4 cup
Salt - As required
Pepper Powder - 1/2 spoon
Cheese - 1 cube
Tomato Sauce - 2 spoons
Butter - 2 spoons
Bread Slices - 4

Method:
First, In a pan, Add water, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Italian Seasoning Powder, Minced Chicken and Boil for 10 to 15 Mins until it is boiled well.







In a Pan, Add Oil, Onion, Capsicum, Tomato, Salt and fry well.

Now add the boiled minced chicken and fry well.


Add Tomato Sauce, Pepper Powder and Stir well.



Take the bread and spread with butter.

Add two spoons of Keema fry and spread over the bread.

Shred the cheese and Close with another bread.

Place a tawa and sim cook with a lid covered for 3 mins.


Ensure the cheese gets melted and bread gets toasted.




Serve and Enjoy with Tomato Sauce / Mayonnaise / Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney . :)
