Chicken Keema Sevai


Type - South Indian
Preparation Time - 5 mins
Cooking Time - 15 Mins
Serves for - 2 Persons
Served with - Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney / Dhall Chutney / Brinjal Chutney

Ingredients:
Sevai - 3 cups
Minced Chicken – 1/4 kg
Clove - 2
Saunf - 1/2 spoon
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
Curry Leaves - 10 to 15 Leaves
Onion – 1
Tomato - 1
Green Chilli – 2
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 spoon
Turmeric powder (Manjal thool) – 1/2 spoon
Coriander powder (Malli thool) – 1 spoon
Chilli powder – 1 spoon
Salt - As required
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 handful

Method:
Wash the minced chicken and Keep aside.

Take a pan, Add oil, Clove, Saunf, Cinnamon and fry well.



Add Onions, Curry Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste and fry until it is golden brown.


Add tomato and fry well.

Now, Add all Turmeric, Coriander, Chilli powder, Salt and mix well.

Add Minced Chicken into pan and Add water as required and mix well.



Cook till the water get drained for 10 - 15 mins.


Now, Add Sevai and saute nicely.

Switch off the stove and stir nicely.


Finally add coriander leaves.


Serve with Enjoy. :)
