Kuthiraivaali Cutlet

Cooking Time - 5 Mins
Serves - 6 Pieces
Served with - Tomato Sauce (Recipe) / Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
Barnyard millet (Kuthiraivaali) - 1/2 cup
Carrot (Cutted) - 1/2 cup
Green Peas - 1/4 cup
Red chili powder - 1/2 spoon
Cumin powder - 1/4 spoon
Chaat masala - 1/4 spoon
Garam masala - 2 pinches
Cornflour - 1 spoon
Coriander leaves (Chopped) - 2 spoons
Salt - As required
Oil - As required

Method:
First, In a bowl, Add Barnyard with water and soak for 30 minutes.
After 30 mins, In a pan, add the soaked rice, Carrot, Peas, Salt with 1 cup of water.
Cook in low flame until vegetables completely cooked and water drained.
Now, Add the red chili powder, Garam masala, Cumin powder, Coriander leaves, Salt and chaat masala.
Add Corn flour into it.
Mix well nicely.
Take a handful and flatten like cutlet.
Now, Heat Dosa pan, Add oil, Put the cutlet and cook in medium flame on both sides until it becomes golden brown.
Serve and Enjoy with Tomato Sauce (Recipe) / Mayonnaise
