Serves - 2 - 3 persons
Ingredients:
Kuthiraivaali (Barnyard) - 1 Cup
Ghee - 2 spoons
Cashew - 10 Nos
Dry Grapes - 10 Nos
Elaichi - 5 Nos
Kesari Powder (Orange) - 2 pinch
Sugar - 1.5 Cup
Method:
First, In a blender, Add Barnyard and grind as powder.
In a pan, Add the grinded powder and roast for 5 mins at low flame and keep aside.
In a pan, Pour some ghee, Fry cashew and grapes and keep aside.
Take a pan, Pour 1 cup water.
Add Kesari powder, Elaichi and fried Barnyard.
Add sugar and stir until sugar gets dissolved.
Keep adding Ghee gardually little and stir until it not sticks into pan.
Finally add the fried cashews and grapes.
Now it is ready.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
