Ingredients:
Butter - 3/4 Cup
Powdered sugar - 3/4 cup
All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 2 cups
Baking powder - 1/2 spoon
Baking soda - 1/2 spoon
Tutty Fruity - 1/4 cup
Cashews - 15
Method
First, Pre - Heat the oven at 180C for about 10 mins.
Dust Baking tray with butter and All purpose flour.
Now add the baking powder, Baking soda and knead nicely.
Take a small amount of dough, Roll it with your palms and shape it roundly and place in tray with equal distance, As it might expand while baking.
Bake the cookes at 180C for about 15 - 20 mins, Check the bottom of the cookies turn golden in colour.
Now Cool and move to a container.
Serve and enjoy.
