Ingredients
Oil
Mutton - 1/4 Kg
Onion - 1
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Green Chili - 2
Curry Leaves - 10 leaves
Coriander Leaves - 1 hand
Fennel Seeds - 1 spoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 spoon
Poppy Seeds - 1/4 spoon
Fried Gram - 4 spoons
Grated Coconut - 2 spoons
Salt - As Required
Method
Wash and grind the mutton and keep aside.
Except Onion, chilli and Curry leaves, Add all the above ingredients and grind nicely.
Now add the grinded mix into Mutton.
Add the onion, Chilli and curry leaves, Salt and mix nicely.
Make into small balls.
In a pan heat the oil and fry the vadas. Fry it till it is cooked until it turns golden brown color.
Move to filter and drain the oil.
Serve and enjoy.
