Serves - 10 to 12 Pieces
Milk – 1/2 cup
Rava (Sooji) – 1 cup
Powdered Sugar – 3/4 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
Cashews – 15
Dry Grapes (Dratchai) – 20
Ghee – 4 spoon
Method:
In a kadai, Add sooji and roast in low flame for 4 to 5 mins. Move to a bowl and keep aside.
Blend the sugar and powder them finely.
Take powdered sugar and sooji in a bowl. Add in cardamom and clove powder. Mix well.
Now heat ghee in a small pan. Fry cashews and Dry grapes till golden brown and mix.
Mix nicely and sprinkle milk little by little over the mixture and keep mixing.
Once it reaches that stage. Take a small amount, press to form ladoos.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
