Instant Veg Cutlet



Type - South Indian
Preparation Time - 10 mins
Cooking Time - 10 Mins

Serves - 3 to 4 Pieces

Ingredients:
Mashed Potato - 2 boiled
Chopped Vegetables(Carrot, Beans, Peas) - 1 cup boiled
Red chilli powder - 1 spoon
Coriander powder  (Malli Thool) - 1 spoon
Garam masala powder  - 1 spoon
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Corn flour - 2 spoon
Oil - 1 spoon
Salt - As required

Method:
Boil the vegetables and potatoes.
Mash the potatoes.
Add the breadcrumb powder half, Spice powders, Salt and mix them nicely.
In a bowl, Mix the corn flour with water and keep aside.
Take a small portion and press it like cutlet shape.
Now dip in corn flour mix and coat with breadcrumb powder.
Heat oil for frying in a Kadai and Fry till golden brown on both sides.

Serve and Enjoy. :)
