Ingredients:
Mushroom - 15 pieces
Oil - 1 spoon
Clove - 2
Elaichi - 2
Pattai - Small piece
Onion - 1
Tomato – 2
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Ginger Garlic paste -1 spoon
Green chilli – 2
Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
Red chilli powder (Milagai Podi) – 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal podi) - 1/2 spoon
Garam masala powder - 1 spoon
Salt - As Required
Method:
In a kadai add oil, Add Elaichi, Pattai and Clove.
Add the onion and fry till golden brown.
Add the Ginger garlic paste, Tomato, Green chilli and Curry leaves.
Add the spice powders, Salt and saute. Let it cook for 2 min.
Add in the Mushroom and mix well and cook for 10 mins.
