Boiled Egg – 3
Oil - 1 spoon
Clove - 2
Elaichi - 2
Pattai - Small piece
Onion - 1
Tomato – 2
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Ginger Garlic paste -1 spoon
Green chilli – 2
Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
Red chilli powder (Milagai Podi) – 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal podi) - 1/2 spoon
Garam masala powder - 1 spoon
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Salt - As Required
Method:
First Boil the egg and peel the skin and keep aside.
Grind the coconut in blender with water and keep aside.
In a Kadai, Add little bit oil and add red chilli powder, Coriander powder.
Roast the boiled egg and keep aside.
Now in kadai add oil, Add Elaichi, Pattai and Clove.
Add the onion and fry till golden brown.
Add the Ginger garlic paste, Tomato, Green chilli and Curry leaves.
Add the spice powders, Salt and saute. Let it cook for 2 min.
Now add the grinded coconut mix into it.
Add in the eggs and mix well and cook for 10 mins.
