Preparation Time - 10 mins

Serves - 10 to 12 Pieces
Method:
Squeeze some lemons, Filter and keep aside.
Add milk in a kadai and wait until it boiled. Switch off.
Add the lemon juice and stir gently. The milk will curdle.
Once the milk seprated, Strain it in a cotton cloth. Then wash with cold water.
Squeeze it gently with your hands to remove any excess water.
After 30 mins, Knead it gently, till you get a soft dough.
Take a small quantity, Roll it into smooth ball.
In a Kadai, Now add water and sugar stir until the sugar is melted. Let it come to a rolling boil.
Drop the balls into the sugar water and cover it and cook it for 10 mins.
Now take it off the heat and let it cool.
Serve and enjoy. :)
