Ingredients:
Paneer – 1 Pocket (200 Gms)
Oil – 3 spoon
Cumin Seeds (Seerakam) – 1 spoon
Cinnamon (Pattai) – 1
Garlic – 5
Ginger - 1/4 spoon
Onion – 1
Tomato – 2
Turmeric Powder (Manjal Thool) – 1 spoon
Chilli Powder (Milagai Thool) – 2 spoon
Coriander Powder (Malli Thool) – 2 spoon
Cumin Powder – 1 spoon
Garam Masala Powder – 1 spoon
Jaggery / Sugar – 1 Pinch
Cornflour – 2 tsp
Milk – 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in kadai and add in paneer and fry until it is golden brown and keep aside.
Now oil in a kadai and Add in cumin and cinnamon.
Add in onions, Garlic and ginger fry until its golden brown.
Add the tomatoes and fry.
Add the spice powders, salt, Jaggery and saute nicely.
Add the cornflour mix with milk and cook.
Add a pinch of Jaggery for taste.
Add in paneer and mix well.
