Ingredients:
Brahmi Spinach (Vallarai Keerai) – 1 cup
Oil – 1 tblspn
Mustard Seeds (Kaduku) – 1 Spoon
Onion – 1
Garlic – 6 fat cloves
Chilli Powder (Milagai Thool) – 1 spoon
Salt to taste
Method:
Remove the spinach from stem and wash it nicely.
Heat oil in a kadai and Add mustard.
Add in Onion, Garlic, Chilli powder and salt and fry nicely.
Add in onions and fry until golden brown.
Add in the spinach and some water to get it cooked.
Add some Jaggery and coconut if required.
Serve and enjoy. :)
