Cabbage (Muttai Kosu) – 2 cups
Mustard Seeds (Kaduku) – 1 spoon
Oil – 3 spoon
Curry leafs - 10 leafs
Kadalai Paruppu - 1 spoon
Onion - 1
Green Chilli (Pachai Milagai ) – 3
Shredded Coconut - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds, Curry leaves and Kadalai Parupu.
Add the onion, Chilli and fry until it gets into golden brown.
Now add the salt and chilli powder and stir well into the onion.
Add the cutted cabbage and 1/2 cup of water, Keep in flame for 10 mins until it gets nicely cooked.
Add coconut on top of the cooked fry.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
