Spicy Egg Kulambu


Ingredients 
For Masala:
Oil – 1 spoon
Fennel Seeds (Sombu) – 1 spoon
Whole Pepper – 1 spoon
Cumin Seeds (Jeerakam) – 1 spoon
Ginger – 1 spoon
Garlic – 1 spoon
Onion – 1
Coconut – 1/2 cup
Chilli Powder – 1

For Gravy:
Boiled Eggs – 3
Oil – 2 spoon
Coriander leaves - 10 leaves
Cinnamon (Patta) – small piece
Tomato – 2
Green Chillies – 2
Chilli Powder – 1 spoon
Garam Masala Powder – 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal thool) – 1/2 spoon
Salt - as required
Water - as required

Method:
 Take the Kadai and Heat oil.
 Add the fennel, cumin and pepper and Fry .


Add the ginger and garlic paste, onions and fry until it turns to golden brown.

Add the coconut and fry till light golden. Blend the content with some chilli powder and make it into a smooth paste.






Heat oil in a kadai. Add the cinnamon, tomatoes and green chillies. Cook until the tomatoes turn mushy,


Now add the garam masala and mix well. Add the grinded coconut masala, and cook till oil separates.
Now pour some water and add some salt.

Add the boiled, Peeled eggs and cook for 5 mins.


Serve and enjoy. :)
