Ingredients:
Gram Flour (Kadalai Mavu) – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 cup
Ghee – 2 cup
Oil – 1 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
Method:
In a Pan, Take ghee and oil and Heat.
Add the gram flour, Mix well and keep aside.
In another pan, Add sugar and water and mix well until sugar is completely dissolved.
Add the gram flour mixture into the sugar syrup and mix well.
Keep cooking for 5 - 7 mins and stirring till it gets thick.
Grease a tray with ghee.
Transfer this to the greased tray. Cut into Shapes.
Serve and enjoy. :)
