Ingredients:
Garlic - 1 cup
Red Chilli - 3
Hot Water - 1/4 cup
For Frying:
Gingelly Oil - 1/4 cup
Mustard (Kadugu) - 1 spoon
Kadalai Paruppu - 1 spoon
Urad dhal (Uluntham Paruppu) - 1 spoon
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Turmeric - 1/2 spoon
Method:
Add the red chilli into hot water and keep aside for 5 min.
Grind the garlic and red chilli with water.
Take the kadai and Add the oil, Mustard, curry leaves, dhalls and turmeric.
Now add the grinded garlic red chilli paste into the fried oil.
Let it cook for 5 min in oil.
Serve and enjoy. :)
