Instant Tomato Chilli Kothsu


Ingredients:
Tomato - 4
Red Chilli - 3
Salt As Required

For Frying
Oil - As required
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Mustard - 1 Spoon
Onion - 2

Method:

In a pressure cooker, Add the cutted tomoto, Red chilli and Salt and 1/2 cup water. Cook until 2 whistles and keep aside.


After heat reduced smash the cooked tomoto with wooden smasher.

In a pan, Add oil, Mustard, Curry leaves and Onion, Fry until it is golden brown.


Now add the smashed tomoto chilli into the onion.
Cook for 5 mins and switch off.
Serve and enjoy. :)
