Ingredients:
Butter - 4 spoons
Oil - 1 spoon
Paneer - 200 gms
Onion - 2
Tomatoes - 3
Cumin seeds (Jeerakam) - 1 spoon
Garam masala powder - 2 spoons
Chilli powder (Milagai thool) - 1 spoon
Coriander powder (Malli thool) - 1 spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As required
Coriander leaves - As required
Method:
Cut and grind the Onion and Tomato as a paste and keep aside.
In a kadai, Add oil and Fry Paneer cubes until it is light golden browned and keep aside.
Now add the butter in the pan and add the cumin seeds, Ginger Garlic Paste and fry for few minutes.
Add the grinded paste and stir well until oil separates.
Add the Chilli, Coriander and garam masala powder and stir well.
Add the salt and sugar. Now add the fried paneer cubes and stir well.
Finally add the milk, Water and continue stiring in sim till it reaches the consistency.
Finally add coriandar leaves.
Serve and enjoy. :)
