Choco Vanilla Checkbox Cookies


Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 2 cups
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Butter – 150 grams
Cocoa Powder – 2 spoon
Vanilla Essence – 1 spoon
Salt – 1/4 spoon
Milk – 2 spoons

Method:


In a bowl add Butter, Sugar, Vanilla and stir it.


Now add the flour, Salt and mix well. Add the milk and knead it to a soft dough.






Split it into two parts, Now add cocoa powder in one part and mix well.




Then cover the dough with butter paper and keep in fridge for 30 mins.


Then take the dough out and cut into two parts.

Take each parts and make into square shape using a box.




Now take a white dough rectangle, Brush with little water, Keep the chocolate dough rectangle on top. 
Same way keep a vanilla next and chocolate next.Now Cover with plastic wrap and keep in fridge for 30 mins.





Take out from fridge, Cut the sides and Cut into four parts.


Take the first part and brush with water keep the 2 parts in reverse side. Arrange the 4 parts on the opposite sides next by next and keep in fridge for 30 mins. Take out cut into squares.


Arrange in a butter paper and Bake for 15 mins in a preheated oven at 170 degree C.


Remove and cool it. Store in a container.
Serve and enjoy.
