Kuthiraivaali Dosa

                                
Type - South Indian
Preparation Time - 10 mins
Cooking Time - 5 Mins
Serves - 10 - 12 Dosas
Served with - Sambar Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney / Dhall Chutney / Brinjal Chutney

Ingredients:
Barnyard (Kuthiraivaali) - 1 cup
Dosa Batter - 2 Cups
Salt - As required
Oil - 2 spoon

Method:
First, In a bowl, Add Barnyard and wash well and soak over night.
Move the Barnyard to Blender with 1 cup of water and make into a fine puree.
Add this mixture to dosa batter and Mix well.
Now in a hot tawa and pour a bit of batter like dosa.
Sprinkle oil around the sides and cook on both sides.
Serve and Enjoy with Sambar Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney / Dhall Chutney / Brinjal Chutney. :)
