Kambu Dosa


                                            
Type - South Indian
Preparation Time - 30 mins
Cooking Time - 5 Mins
Serves - 2 to 3 Persons
Served with - Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney / Dhall Chutney / Brinjal Chutney

Ingredients:
Pearl Millet (Kambu) - 1 cup
Dosa Batter - 2 Cups
Salt - As required
Oil - 2 spoon

Method:
First, In a bowl, Add Pearl Millet and wash well.
Move the pearl millet to Blender with 1 cup of water and make into a fine puree.
Add this mixture to dosa batter and Mix well.
Now in a hot tawa and pour a bit of batter like dosa.
Sprinkle oil around the sides and cook on both sides.
Served with - Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney / Dhall Chutney / Brinjal Chutney. :)
