Panneer Sevai



Served with - Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney / Dhall Chutney / Brinjal Chutney

Ingredients:
Sevai - 3 cups
Panneer - 1 cup
Oil - 2 spoon
Mustard (Kadugu) - 1 spoon
Channa dal (Kadalai Paruppu) - 1 spoon
Curry leaves - 10 leafs
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 3
Tomato - 1
Ginger - 1/4 inch
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Salt - as required
Coriander leaves - As required

Method:

In a pan, Add oil, Mustard, Channa dal and Curry leaves.



Add Onion, Chopped Ginger, Green chilly and Tomato fry until brown.




Add turmeric powder and Panneer Salt and fry nicely.



Add Sevai and saute nicely.

Switch off the stove and stir nicely.

Finally add coriander leaves.


Serve with coconut chutney. :)
