Served with - Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney / Dhall Chutney / Brinjal Chutney
Ingredients:
Mushroom (I used Leaf Mushroom) - 2 cups
Sevai - 3 cups
Oil - 2 spoon
Mustard (Kadugu) - 1 spoon
Urad Dhall (Ulandam paruppu) - 1 spoon
Cumin Seeds (Jeerakam) - 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves - 5 leafs
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 3
Tomato - 2
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt - as required
Coriander leaves - As required
Method:
In a pan, Add oil, mustard, Urad dhall, Cumin Seeds and Curry leaves.
Add Onion, Green chilly and Mushroom fry until brown.
Add turmeric powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt and fry nicely.
Add Sevai and saute nicely.
Switch off the stove and stir nicely.
Serve with coconut chutney. :)
