Masala Radish Roti


Serve and enjoy with Veg Gravies / Non-Veg Gravies / Panneer Gravy / Panneer Butter Masala / Mushroom Gravy / Tomato Kuruma / Tomato Chilli Kothsu / Egg Gravy / Chicken Curry / Mutton Curry

Ingredients:
Radish - 2
Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Wheat Flour – 2 cups
Water – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 3 tblspn

Method:
First, Shred the Radish.

In a Pan, Add the Oil, Radish, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt and fry for 10 mins.





In a bowl, Add wheat flour, Radish Mix, Water and salt in a bowl.


Knead the dough nicely until the water mixed into flour
Now add oil and keep kneading the dough until it spreads into complete dough.
Take a ball from the dough and dust it with flour and roll it into chapati.



Put in tawa and cook for 10 sec, Then flip to other side and cook for some more time.

Flip the cooked side and Add little oil and press the chappati. Repeat the same on other side.
