Ingredients:
Paneer - 1 cup
Jeera - 1 spoon
Wheat Flour – 2 cups
Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1/2 spoon
Milk – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 3 spoon
Method:
First shred the Paneer.
Now in a pan, Add Oil, Jeera, Paneer, Wheat flour, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt and Mix with milk.
Knead the dough nicely until the water mixed into flour.
Now add oil and keep kneading the dough until it spreads into complete dough.
Take a ball from the dough and dust it with flour and roll it into chapati.
Put in tawa and cook for 10 sec, Then flip to other side and cook for some more time.
Flip the cooked side and Add little oil and press the chappati. Repeat the same on other side.
