Ingredients:
Methi Leaves - 2 cups
Jeera - 1 spoon
Wheat Flour – 2 cups
Chilli Powder - 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1/2 spoon
Water – 1 cup
Curd - 1/4 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 3 tblspn
Method:
First clean and wash the Methi leaves.
In a Pan, Add Oil, Jeera, Methi and fry well for 5 minutes.
Now in a pan, Add Wheat flour, Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt and add Methi leaves.
Mix the curd with water.
Knead the dough nicely until the water mixed into flour
Now add oil and keep kneading the dough until it spreads into complete dough.
Take a ball from the dough and dust it with flour and roll it into chapati.
Put in tawa and cook for 10 sec, Then flip to other side and cook for some more time.
Flip the cooked side and Add little oil and press the chappati. Repeat the same on other side.
Serve and enjoy with Veg Gravies / Non-Veg Gravies / Panneer Gravy / Panneer Butter Masala / Mushroom Gravy / Tomato Kuruma / Tomato Chilli Kothsu / Egg Gravy / Chicken Curry / Mutton Curry
