Ingredients:
For Masala:
Oil – 1 spoon
Fennel Seeds (Sombu) – 1 spoon
Small Onions – 10
Tomato - 1
Coconut – 1/2 cup
For Gravy:
Oil – 2 spoon
Eggs – 3
Small Onions - 5
Green Chillies – 2
Cinnamon (Patta) – small piece
Chilli Powder – 1 spoon
Garam Masala Powder – 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal thool) – 1/2 spoon
Salt - as required
Water - as required
Method:
Take the Kadai and Heat oil. Add the fennel, cumin, Onion, Tomato, Coconut and Fry well until it turns to golden brown.
Heat oil in a kadai. Add the cinnamon, Small Onions, Green chillies.
Now add the garam masala powder, Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and mix well.
Add the grinded coconut masala, and cook till oil separates.
Now pour some water and add some salt.
Break the egg and pour into the gravy and cook for 10 mins.
Serve and enjoy. :)
