Ingredients:
Sooji (Rava) - 1 Cup
Sugar - 1 Cup
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Cardamom (Elakai) - 5
Cashew Nuts (Mundhiri) - 15
Milk - 1 cup
Oil - As required
Water - As required
Method:
In a bowl, Add Sooji, Sugar, Wheat Flour, Nuts and Cardamom.
Add the milk and mix well. Keep aside for 20 mins.
Now in a pan, Add oil and heat it.
Pour one ladle of mixed batter and deep fry until it is golden brown.
Drain the oil.
Serve and enjoy. :)
